"First and foremost, this property is managed by the Hilton. There is NO physical entrance to the Plaza Hotel. You must check-in at the Hilton's front desk to access Plaza Hotel tower.
The rooms are spacious and clean, but the NO sofa bed in the living room, only two full size beds in the bedroom.

"The owners needs to visit for this place the first time my wife went. There was years ago and it was new. Everything was nice. Food was excellent. "We stayed here for one night and it was nice. During the day the place fills with people on day passes so it gets much busier. Pools are nice and food is good. Some trash in the grass but the view is to die for."

"I was super excited about staying at this resort because I had heard amazing things about it, but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite.
I understand that every resort has its own policies, but one thing El Salvador is known for is its hospitality—and sadly, the staff here did not reflect that at all.
During checkout, instead of simply processing our departure, they told us to wait while they inspected the room to make sure we hadn’t taken anything. That felt extremely offensive....
