"this hotel had a very stale feel. the rooms were not very clean and there were no amenities in sight. we only stayed here one night for a stopover airport visit. the best thing about the hotel was the shuttle to the airport. "Zimmer geräumig mit Starbucks Kaffeekapseln. Zimmer mit Bad wurden erst renoviert. Das Team war zuvorkommend bei Shuttleservice und Gepäckaufbewahrung! Wichtig! Der Fußläufig erreichbare S-Bahnhof ist derzeit geschlossen. Es funktioniert nur: wenn man mit der Flughafenbahn mit der New York Transit weiterfährt. Ein aus und einsteigen über den Bahnhof ( Airport New York) ist nicht möglich!"

"The parking lot was overflow for the airport so it was near impossible to park. There were people smoking drinking and partying in the parking lot. It smelt terrible, rooms and hotel were very dirty. Very loud and could not sleep."

"The place looks sketchy on the outside and the interior could use some work. Also towels/soap/etc should be somewhat provided or at least try to have a couple just in case to accommodate people that dont have those items readily available. Staff was amazing Ahmed helped me get situated when no one else was answering so I really appreciate him helping me get set up cuz it was kinda confusing getting in the rooms/home."

"Our room was not ready until 4:35, I got there at 1:30. They gave me a late check out and 2 breakfasts for the inconvenience, however running back and forth from the pool area 3x to see if the room was ready was really annoying. All that aside I do love this hotel better during the week when there are not 2-3 events going on. The check in is so backed up when a large influx of people come in at once for these events. Nice pool,but extremely limited food menu no outside food allowed."
