"Nice hotel, comfortable, but rooms are tight. "

"Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle of just finding anything to squeeze money out of you.. The staff are also not really interested in helping you."

When I picked up one of the towels, it was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The bedsheets also did not seem properly clean, which made the overall stay feel uncomfortable.
