"Overall pretty clean but corners in bathroom were filled with dirt and doors and walls could use a cleaning. Staff helpful and nice. Parking easy and safe with spotlights on all night. A/c worked fine. No hair dryers in rooms due to old electrical system. Soap dispensers in bathroom were empty. Beds were very comfortable. "

"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"First time guest. Was there for work, then shifted to vacation mode. Was told that the lobby area was recently renovated and it was a good collaborative space. The stay as a whole was average. Front desk staff was polite. A lot of attitude from others. Beds in the standard double bed room were too small for a couple to share. Mattress was decent. Pillows were too soft. Cleanliness of rooms could be vastly better. Found prior guests' clothes behind one of the beds. Bathrooms and tub are super...

"Great location, close to Times Square, broadway, etc. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was so easy to check our bags before and AFTER we checked out so we could explore the city with ease. Breakfast was great and it was a nice relaxing oasis in between the hustle and bustle of the city"

"Nice location on the Upper West Side. "City view" really means looking into the office building across the street. Fire station directly across means frequent sirens. Room and. Bathroom have nice modern decor and very clean. No restaurant for a hot breakfast though the cafe has excellent pastries. "

"I only have two negatives about my stay, and that is, the room smelled rancid. As if it was moldy. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable. For the price, I would opt out of staying there again."

"Under construction for remodel no lobby seating constant noise from machines, checking in and out chaos. Single door for arrival and departures of guest. No waiting area. Breakfast buffet adequate but extremely crowded. Small request unfulfilled. Probably will be better after remodeling but had I know I would have booked a more comfortable lodging experience. Expedia should have warned of these issues."

"Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

Beim Check-in war Irving sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, alles ging sehr schnell so dass wir nach ein paar Minuten direkt aufs Zimmer konnten. Die Zentrale Lage des Hotels ist super da Cafes, U-Bahn Station sowie der TimesSquare schnell fußläufig zu erreichen sind. "This isnt a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are deceivingly small. They post spacious rooms for the regular king rooms making you believe they are bigger than they really are, the room is very small. Confined to the perimeter of the bed area. They give 2 free water bottles the rest are $3 each afterwards unless you join some honors program which requires membership.
