Check-in was a breeze. Room was clean and orderly, and just as pictured/expected. Staff was helpful, attentive, and polite -- and even went out of their way to better accomodate me, even without me making any additional requests to them. I chose this hotel after staying at nearby hotel one block away and having a poor experience. From here on out, I'll definitely come back here now in the future. Great job, Hilton NYC!
