"The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

"Room was okay and clean, The nights were extremely noisy because there is a sitting area outside the room and many would sit at early morning hours and would talk very loudly, being very inconsiderate to the other hotel guests. This sitting area outside the room have to taken away"
