"Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. "Amy was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even left pancakes w/syrup for breakfast and pasta w/sauce in case we didn’t have time to go to the store! It’s the small things that really stick out such as leaving a bowl of snacks, a few beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine, fully stocked medicine cabinet in case you forgot something. She even put food and water out for the dog along with toys and a blanket! We loved being there and it was such a beautiful...

"Amazing location, very easy drop off and pick up for Bourbon Trail tours. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My only complaint was sleeping. We had to put our room at 64 degrees just to make it somewhat comfortable (we usually sleep at 70 degrees). The bedding was barely more than a sheet but very warm. I would stay here again despite this."
