"People were doing drugs throughout the hotel. Visible trash and dirty linens lined the hallways. Water stains, missing locks and doorknobs on multiple doors. Waterpark and pool not accessible. Visible bug damage. Do not stay here."

Upon check out, again no one was behind the counter. Key was left at desk. Lack of customer service at front desk was disappointing."

"The whole hotel is quiet from the nearby route 90. Pool open hours are good from 6:30 am to 10 pm. Ice a availability is good. AC , fan, and heat for room are easy to use. Staff answered all questions in a pleasant helpful manner. Breakfast buffet was ample and provided much needed protein. I recommend this hotel for travelers. You get what you pay for in this upend experience."

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."

"The room was pretty much what you’d expect for the price. The floor made our feet black, and for some reason there was cat food all over the floor. Some of the outlets didn’t work, and neither did the hair dryer. Other than that, everything was fine. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable, which was the most important."
