"The room was dirty and smelt awful. We had a non smoking too. Which smelt of stale smoke and mould. The pillows didn’t have covers, no opportunity to even open a window. "

"Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. "
