"The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful even allowing us to swap rooms. The hot tub took a while to heat up but that aside it was a beautiful room. Be great to have harder pillows but that is more personal preference. Overall a lovely room and couldn’t do enough for us "

"We arrived early and our room wasn't ready so was offered an internally facing room. We decided to take this room as we wanted to ger settled and start exploring. "The apartment was a perfect place to stay for the 4 nights we were in Bordeaux. Groceries available just across the street so that breakfast in, snacks all possible. Apartment was quiet, clean and had windows that opened - with a cross draft! When closed, there was no street noise at all. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Bordeaux."
