"Horrible"

"Our experience at this hotel has been truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Egypt, we felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. Traveling to a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience made everything so much more special and comfortable for us. I especially want to give Ahmed the recognition he deserves, because he played such a big part in making our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. He...

"Good"

"The staff was very helpful polite and friendly. The hotel rooftop is really amazing and I enjoyed it every day during my visit highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is very old and very dirty. It is also unsafe and dangerous. The hotel uses smart locks for all its rooms, and the codes are all the same. The code is simply your room number plus 35. Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time. The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals. On the fifth day, the power went out, providing an opportune moment for one of the staff members to enter my room and...

"This place is really rough and quite dangerous with having to climb up stairs past workmen using power saws and with electrical cables dangling. Breakfast is really poor and I watched staff drop bread on the dirty rooftop floor and then serve it on plates to guests. Staff are friendly though."

"Staying at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino was the highlight of my Cairo trip. Excellent and accommodating check-in, exceptionally clean room, great views of the Nile River, and hospitable staff. Ismail (desk manager) and Ramy (receptionist) provided 5-Star service, ensuring I had an easy and seamless stay. I felt very safe as this hotel provided 24/7 high-end security, and I also enjoyed breakfast and quick in-room dining. I will absolutely stay at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino again, and...

"Great service great view of the pyramid very helpful stuff highly recommended"

Totalmente recomendado."

"Great views!"
