"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."

"We loved our experience at the resort - the lush greenery, friendly staff, great food options - the best we had in days- proximity to the beach. Pankaj provided a doctor immediately as I came in sick which was timely. I recovered quickly as a result and join the family on day trips. It felt warm as everyone was enquiring. The location is very bad, horrible food, and the hotel is not clean at all (leaky roofs, smell around the property). We would like a refund and we were promised so through Expedia due to our experience. Would not recommend if you are looking for a luxurious stay in Goa."

"When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.).
