"Box tissue was empty when we checked into the room. It was replenished after I wrote a note (in French thanks to Google translate) to housekeeping.
In the same note, I informed staff that there were different bugs (4 beetles & another bug I can't identify) that were resident in our room up on the ceiling. Nothing was done about it. We had to keep the desk lamp on pointed to a corner to attract the bugs away from our bed.

"This is our second stay at this hotel. The reception staff, bar staff, kitchen staff and cleaners are all so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is good with decent choice. We enjoy the pool the most, a little paddling section for our little one. The beach and local town is just a bike ride with lots of cycle paths which makes it fun and safe.
There is a large playground half way down toward the beach which we discovered this time.
We will come back again!"

"Check in was smooth, and the receptionist had good English. The room had a nice outlook over the golf course. The bathroom was very nice, with a bath and shower over, and it was good to have a separate toilet. The desk/table in the room was all marked, and needs replacing. "We enjoyed our stay. We paid a bit more for the balcony room with panoramic view and balcony. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. "The houses are beautiful and the bathrooms were clean. We had lots of rooms and of space! The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. It is super close to the beach, maybe 4 min with the car. There was the option to do laundry. The pools were great, but the small indoor pool was like a greenhouse with glass top and no shade. The big indoor pool was very fun for all of us, but the outdoor section was closed at 38 degrees in July! We had no ceiling fans or standing fans. WIFI did not work...
