"Overall our stay was great. Breaking was amazing. The cabin was nice and cozy. The bed was so comfortable."

"Breakfast choices: toast, muffin, bagel, English muffin, boiled egg, cereal. Although my room had double beds, the room was cleaned. Down side: wish there had been higher wattage light bulbs. The owners' son checked us in (I'm sorry that I don't remember his name). Very friendly and helpful."

"Friendly helpful staff. Rooms comfortable was clean and comfortable. Good walkable location."

"100% recommended everything was perfect"

"i injoyed the convenience of how everything was handle online with the check in. The room are spectacular, Very recommendable!!"

"We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and could not be any nicer, she is a great asset! "

"The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...

"The cabin was beautiful! Had enough room and it was very clean. Very easy access to the lake. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely stay again."

"Great location, unfortunately weather was bad and couldn't not really go anywhere to explore. TV remote stopped working and host was supposed to respond as I called and she didn't call back. No tv and couldn't really leave. Had to leave a day early as more rain was coming and not much to do in the house. Part of town was closed due to weather"

"Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again."

"At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. "
