"Me and my daughter, 10y/o stayed. Property is very pretty. Pool is climatized (not hot, not cold). Watrtslide is fun. There is a big dune right on the property where you can climb or sandboard on(sandboarding can be scary here, Huacachina is better for the boarding) the trail that goes around the property is a great morning walk. Everything was very clean and the restaurant and bar options for food are very good. Great for a family trip. Would return with my kid/nieces."

"Room was small but it was expected so no big deal there. Liked that it has Netflix, outdoor pool is nice. Rooftop breakfast is good too. Breakfast selection is not bad too."

"Room was good, bathroom in room really good.
Just our bedroom door needed some maintenance so it was loud everytime someone went in or out.
Brekky deffo the best is had during this trip! Great selection.
Staff all lovely, great location, right near the entrance to the dunes. Nice restaurant, good food. Music ends earlier than other hostels if you want sleep.

"The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect."

"We stayed 1 night.
Check in staff were great. They noticed I had a knee injury and they carried our bags up To the 3rd floor for us.
Bar are was clean, staff were friendly.
The Pizzas we had were great.
We left before breakfast was served, we were offered a take away breakfast but we declined. "

"Lovely resort hotel with an excellent restaurant and nice pools. Bring your own aloe as we were desperate and ended up paying nearly US$30 for a small bottle at the spa. (Ridiculous prices)"
