"Great location and staff. Room design with "open view " bathroom a bit odd."

"Beautiful hotel"

"Great hotel, great location for walking, and wonderful history of the hotel!"

"The stay was excellent. Great location, food, and the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Wonderful location, friendly staff. Rooms, entrance lobby etc are very, very cramped. We struggled to get in and out on arrival/departure - luggage, no automatic door - but no one came to help us. Our rooms were functional but very small and not as clean as would be expected for the price. Breakfast was disappointing - poor quality coffee and far too many cakes at the expense of fruit, granola etc. Overall, this is an extremely expensive hotel which did not live up to the price."

"Room was clean and had great amenities and gelato!"

"Perfect. But no coffee in rooms or lobby!"
