"They were out of everything! No fruit! No muffins! Pillows had a terrible smell! Very dissatisfied! The shampoo and conditioner and lotion containers were very hard to use and one was empty! We stayed here before and no problems! Very disappointed this time!"

"Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though."

"The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid.
