"The beach and pool provided a delightful experience. The nightly live entertainment during dinner was fantastic. The rooms were clean and peaceful. However, the staff seemed unfriendly with constant frowns, which wasn't welcoming. Also, the food was excessively spicy, although breakfast was enjoyable. Dinner options were particularly spicy. Despite these drawbacks, overall, the excursions and transportation to the airport were excellent, making it a wonderful experience."

"The staff was excellent and extremely courteous. The property is beautiful and the main pool is like no other. The room seemed recently refurbished and had a nice new feel to it, however, the furniture seemed like the same previous furniture. Food was great and the buffet had good variety.
