Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! How could you ask for more? Give this incredible lady a raise and recognition somehow someway! "Parking was good, room was clean but spatub didn’t work, area was clean and nice. Staff was great. But breakfast was subpar, no selection and can't even say its a continental breakfast. No protein only fruit and yogurt."
