"Hotel was great, staff had to be called go clean amd bring towels."

"Great staff"

"The atmosphere is wonderful and the people go above and beyond to help you during unusual circumstances. My wife is a patient at Norton hospital near there, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that the hotel was a comfortable haven while we coped with an out-of-town caregiving challenge."

"Room was clean and entire floor smelled amazing!"

"Good location. Clean"

"Checked out at 9:30 at 3:19 later that day had charge on my card for 89.10 called to ask y had the charge and they said it was a mistake couldn’t get answer wanted my email so they could send me a receipt also if u drive 2500 truck they can’t valet it said it to large so had to go down street to park which wasn’t very far"

"Breakfast was great so many choices . Property was clean."

"The shower had rusty mold in it. There was a dirty hand print on the wall above the toilet. We book our stay for the pool but it was closed the entire stay for a chemical imbalance. We left the night before our checkout because we had already done what we came to do and the pool was closed. The staff was outstanding(Bill,Fransesco*(front desk), and Stephen(bartender) but I couldn’t select 5 stars bc this app wouldn’t let me scroll over."

"I haven’t enjoyed my trip."

"thanks for a good nights stay"

"Conveniently located to many venues, restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful and professional. Affordable compared to other places in the area. The room we stay in (219) could use some high and low cleaning and the shower head/water pressure was terrible."

"My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."

"There was no information in the room about the hotel. I had to text to find out where the restaurant was and if there was complementary coffee."
