"The staff there are very rude not inviting and not helpful. Had many different Sanrio that we need the staff for and they were just unwilling! The hotel needs so many update and needs a good clean. Very over priced and not the service they portray. "

"Staff was nice. Room was just okay... no hand soap, shampoo, nothing. No blankets in rooms only a sheet. So bring everything you might need. Didnt charge a deposit so that was a plus."
