There shouldn’t be do strict a policy that we have lost compassion for someone who loses a loved one. It shouldn’t be profit over kindness."

"The lady at the front desk the night of check-in was nice and helpful. Come Staurday, my key wouldn't let me in the building or my room. I went to the front desk on Saturday afternoon (August 29,2026) and what a story. The woman working at the desk was a rude at best. I explained that my key wasn't working and the attitude and zero eye contact from her was a joke. She treated as if I was stupid. Told me that I can't put the key by a phone or wallet and have to hold the key on the door scanner...

"Staff Julie Anne was outstanding. Helped us navigate a difficult time with planning our stay during a family loss. Place was spotless. Just wish we would have got room cleaning. Had to ask for clean towels and TP from the passing crew in the hallway. Bed was comfy."
