"Close to everything. Staff was very helpful and courteous. One real problem though, you need to consider changing out the toilets in the rooms (way too low and small), not at all comfortable. Other than that I would definitely recommend."

The biggest issue was the noise; the windows are quite thin, and outside construction and sanitation work kept going into the early morning hours. Despite the disruptions, I still enjoyed my overall stay, but better soundproofing would go a long way."

"Great location, just a short walk (albeit with a steep hill) to the light rail station as well as several bus lines. Clean, spacious room with good sound insulation (did not notice much, if any, noise from the street, despite being near a highway)"

"Clean place downtown close to the Needle in walking distance. Did not like the pay to park on the property. They do offer a shuttle to the cruise port for a fee. No free Breakfast. I found Seattle charges you for most everything."

"The hotel was not bad overall. It was a bit challenging navigating the hotel lobby and construction aspect as well as when the elevator to the parking garage was temporarily down. The mattress was a bit firm. My husband and I had our very first bidet experience which was interesting to say the least. Location wise is in a good spot downtown. I wish the bed was a bit more comfortable than it was."
