"Joel at the front desk was not helpful but quite rude. Not welcoming at all, telling everyone they had to Che k-in at the kiosk. I was extremely tired after a long day of travel, I asked that he please check me in because I didn’t want to use the kiosk. His response was “what’s the problem!“ Then, he explains about their parking structure, he handed me a small business card with a map on it, he could have just pointed towards the location of the parking structure, instead I was drove three...

"We will definitely be staying here again! Everything was great!"

"This is a lovely spot from a bygone era of Seattle. Our room was large and well appointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return to stay."

"Love the room with the minimalist interior. Location is perfect for night out and a lots of good restau nearby. Close to light train too. Staff are very accommodating and very pleasant."

"The hotel staff was friendly and nice. I loved the hotel, hot tub & swimming pool. The room where we stayed it was very nice and the view was awesome. Unfortunately, we are sorry to break the sink by accidently. I hope it is a fixable and not too much to handle it. Thanks"

"Great helpful staff who are very kind. Free apples, beer, coffee and you can check your bags. Rooms are very small and not as functional. A good place to just rest and then head out ."

"Fantastic in every way. Will definitely stay there every time while in Seattle."

"We stayed for two nights but they had weddings going on and blared music till 11pm. We were not able to get any rest due to parties and party staff setting up at 630 am and making noise and yelling in the halls. This was not a restful stay."

"At check-In and behind the Registration desk what looked like a pile of junk. Very unkempt. The elevator was not working The TV had no closed caption for the Deaf. Violation of the ADA. The morning I left there was no light in the bathroom or left side of bed. Clock, my watch and phone didnt get charged. Coming up from the downstairs parking garage is very narrow and steep and a little scary."

"Great hotel and great experience"

"I’ve stayed in multiple hotels during my travels to Seattle and this has to be hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had. The staff were extremely helpful. Shoutout to Rita! The hotel was at a perfect distance of all the main attractions. Highly recommend!"
