"We found check-in tedious and the staff member inefficient. He had to search for our key in a messy cluttered drawer. Reception area super messy and not professional or inviting. The room was spacious and clean but there was a large crack in the glass of the wardrobe door and the towel rail was hanging loose. Shower pressure and heat of water was amazing. We booked for 2 persons but obviously only one of us was meant to wash our hair as only 1 each tiny shampoo and conditioner was supplied. No...

"From checking in to checking out, the experience was fantastic. Also, staff’s care and kindness was impressive. As a matter of fact, after checking out, we noticed that our small daughter’s toy was missing and the hotel staff searched and found kindly and arranged delivery home, which is really cared. "This was second time we stayed here. They upgraded our room to spa room because our standard room somehow not quite ready. The room quite old but what matters is clean and comfy. I did not expect much for the breakfast but actually was good. Definitely best value for money and will not hesitate to come back in the future."
