"Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? I had prepaid for our stay through Hotels.com, yet upon arrival, the front desk charged me again for the full amount. What followed was a week-long ordeal trying to recover my money.
