"It is a reasonably comfortable stay in somewhat outdated facility. The location is good, the hotel us surrounded by picturesque woods with a brook running through them.
The room was ran down and old but spacious. Kitchen and the refrigerator was a big help.
The breakfast was very basic for Armenia."

It should have been no kids especially with no adult supervision sign. Kids were getting in and out the steam room and sauna, making room temperature decking. Staff is not smiling. All questions are answered with rude voice and gesture, no eye contact. All answers started with NO without explanation. Additional questions were needed to get...

"The Cozy House was the cutest, and the most interesting stay we had in Dilijan Armenia. The staff were so nice and friendly. Mr. Gevorg was so nice, he welcomed us and helped us with our luggages . We got there early , he kept our luggages in the office and moved them
To our room when the room
Was ready. We will definitely return to Cozy House and recommend it to everyone. The fancy breakfast in the basket was so yummy. I loved the colorful houses with the Mountain View and the friendly staff...
