"全国の温泉宿に宿泊してきましたが、九州、特に大分、熊本のお宿は、お値段対比、ホスピタリティのレバルが非常に高い。関東でこのお値段でこのレベルはまず無理ですね。そうした九州のスタンダードな中でも、こちらは上位 のお宿でした。お湯も化粧水にどっぷり浸かっているような柔らかい泉質で素晴らしいの一言。お部屋から見えるお庭にはメジロも遊びに来てくれてました。また伺いたいと思います。"

また急な夕食も対応してくれて良かった。
当日予約をしたことで、部屋の準備ができていなかったことは残念だった。
あと同じ階のグループの客室から声がすごく漏れて夜がうるさくて眠れなかったことは残念だった。"

"We enjoyed the outdoor onsen so much! You can reserve a family bath at the front desk without a fee. Due to COVID-19, meals had to be eaten at the room but food was great except that you had to wash the dishes and return them to the front desk. "
