"We absolutely LOVED Secrets Cap Cana! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay amazing. The service throughout the entire resort was outstanding.
The food was fantastic — honestly some of the best we’ve experienced at an all-inclusive. The property itself is beautiful and HUGE, with so much to see, eat, drink, and do that even after five nights, we felt like there were still things we didn’t get a chance to...

"If you mean 1,500 characters (Expedia review limits are usually characters, not words), use this tighter version:
1★ Extremely disappointing experience
We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights but checked out after only 1 night due to the cleanliness and how our concerns were handled.
Both rooms were dirty, with stained bedding/floors and ants in the bathroom and even inside the hair dryer. We have photos documenting everything. When we requested a replacement dryer, a staff member picked the...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Waves, The only problem we came across was the language difference. There was not enough English speaking employees working, they could not understand us and vice versa. But other than that we has a wonderful time."

"Secrets is an amazing adult all inclusive! The place is stunningly beautiful!! The staff is super kind, constantly greeting you. If you pay an additional fee you can do the Preferred Club that gives you access to a more private quiet pool area, private lounge and bar, room drinks (wine and champagne) , beach bag, and additional perks. We enjoyed the buffet at Caoba and Spice Market. Even the pickiest eater will find something to eat. Everything is fresh, meats and fish cooked to order,...
