"Great hot tub"

"Hotel is a bit dated. Beds a little hard. The fan in bathroom was very loud. Breakfast was a good selection but needed to be maintained by the staff in terms of cleanliness. The hotel is further away from the main street. For the price I was expecting a bit more."

"Second day of our stay, the room was not cleaned and we did not receive fresh towels. Front desk was not available by phone. Had to go downstairs to ask for towels. Also, the breakfast sign was on display, however it was closed. We received a text in the evening stating the restaurant was closed due to an employee called in sick."

"The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and...

"Stayed at the Durango Sleep Inn for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and the hotel overall was quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. My only complaints were the breakfast and elevator. The scrambled eggs were very watery, so I only ate breakfast one out of the three mornings. Also, the elevator felt like it was 100 degrees every time I used it. Other than that, the stay was good and the cleanliness of the rooms really stood out."
