"Wij hebben 1 nacht hier overnacht en waren onder de indruk van dit hotel. Hoewel we een tweepersoons kamer met aparte bedden geboekt hadden kregen we een kamer met 1 bed en een kleine badkamer. Het hotel is comfortabel gelegen tussen het station van Montreux en het Meer van Genève in. "Very cute centrally located right in the heart of it all. Staff was exceptional make no mistake. It’s an older hotel but they’ve done a very good job modernizing it is great value for the money."

"Note Expedia defaults to rooms at back of property which when we stayed were very noisy late at night with people and cars until the early hours. Lakeside rooms were available but significantly more. Just remember to factor that in when making your choice."

"The view from the lake-facing room was amazing! Our room was comfortable and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from two train stations, Epesses and Cully, with great rail connections. The road and railway traffic is pretty noisy and constant. Parking is limited. Overall a great place to stay, with easy connections/drive to Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux and Geneva."

"Sadly this hotel is disappointing in so many ways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. The bathrooms were very poorly kept especially, gardens not maintained and massive bins welcome you at the entrance. "Paying for cheaper hotel Villa Toscany you can still use facilities across the road sauna, swimming etc. which is great. Good location. I do struggle to find information on Expedia website that check in for Villa Toscany needs to be done in Royal plaza across the road if I knew it from begging would be more helpful."
