"Loved that we had a top floor, the views were nice and the screened porch. Sadly there was a lot of dead foliage at the resort from recent freeze. Not the resorts fault, but I image it would have been more beautiful. The grounds were very nice otherwise. Time will likely allow for regrowth or replacement. I appreciated that the staff were around, but not intrusive to the stay. Available if you needed them, otherwise just a presence. Small wish, that there was a small bar of soap or...

Only problem we had was I called ahead and asked for 2 rooms side by side the girl said ok and gave me the room numbers then when we got there tried to give us two rooms on different sides of building. Then while we were gone tried to say they had to move one of us and were going to go in room and move all of our belongings while we were gone. We had to argue to let us stay where we were but got back at 11:00pm with kids and one key...

"We booked a King Size Suite with Sofa bed. We got a king size bed in a small room with only one night stand. There was no consideration to the comfort. In addition to missing a night stand, there was a pedastal sink with absoultely no room for toiletries in the bathroom. It's a large bathroom with plenty of room for a table for guests to use.
