It’s incredibly close to everything you need—a Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Jewel-Osco, Starbucks, gas stations, Gurnee Mills, and Six Flags are all within seconds to 20 minutes away. "The hotel was very nice, bed comfy, nice bar area. It is in the middle of a suburban area so it very quiet on a Saturday evening. We were charged an extra $10 fee randomly though that I am investigating."

"There was no restaurant for dinner. There was no lobby coffee on the weekend. The shower leaked, and was not repaired on the weekend. The motel did not appear to be a successful business since all the salons were unused. I only needed 4 nights of sleep, and it was fine for that."

"I chose this hotel because it is "pet friendly" - and then we ended up staying there without pets! We loved it anyway, mainly because they have the FRIENDLIEST, MOST HELPFUL STAFF MEMBERS I've ever met, on every shift 24/7. If you're staying for a long time, they have a pristine laundry facility and a cool "vending" area for larger items such as blenders, mixers, etc. Rooms are clean, with full kitchenettes and a large fridge. "I stayed here for my son’s graduation from Navy basic training and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and well kept, and the staff were very helpful. They also have a shuttle to and from graduation for $10. The shuttle service is actually the same taxi I was using to get to and from the airport so the driver gave me his number and said to call or text anytime and he literally had me a ride immediately every time. I was traveling alone and had never been to Illinois so this was...

"I had an extremely pleasant and restful stay. The room and bed were very comfortable and I slept well. The gym equipment functioned as they should and were easy to use. I had only 2 problems. A front desk staff person was a little rude at times. But most strikingly, the breakfast offered as part of the room price was ridiculously paltry. I would think that a multibillion dollar hospitality corporation would be able to offer guests in one of its major cities a complete and satisfying...

"I had a midweek stay here. Staff was helpful, rooms clean, and beach is beautiful. There was limited staff working so they were having to wear many hats. Restaurant food was good but again, only one server which made service a bit slow, but I was on vacation and not bothered by a longer wait. Would stay here again."
