"Check-in was smooth and the staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast selection was impressive and tasty. That said, the room fell short on cleanliness the shower was especially dirty. One of the beds lacked sheets and a blanket, and the pull-out mattress was so old and sagging that the springs were visible. The pool area was nice and clean."

"This is a newer extended stay hotel in Cheyenne. I was only there for an overnight while passing through, but if you need to stay multiple nights, this hotel is a great option because it has large rooms, full kitchens and is designed as an extended stay hotel. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel has a store, laundry and fitness center. The room was clean, comfortable and very new. They do not have breakfast like many other chains."

"The staff is absolutely amazing here. Between my cat going missing and then my husband’s truck needing a jump they were beyond helpful. Also if your animal goes missing lift the bed and box spring up. My cat managed find a sliver of space and squeeze in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, I wish I had gotten their names because they deserve the appreciation"

"The location is super convenient for those traveling through Cheyenne. However, our room and its bedding smelled like stale smoke. Also, the carpet in the hall is super dirty and the property does not appear to be well maintained."

"The floor was unclean the water pressure so low smelled like cigarettes. Overall it was gross. Not a good experience. My opinion spend the little extra money and get a place you can be sure has been cleaned and is comfortable for you."
