"If you are trying to book this hotel through Expedia, make sure that you show up 2 hours before check-in and that you call to see if they have received your booking. Because they did not receive mine and I had to stay there for 3 hours on the phone with Expedia customer service. Ended up not being able to stay. While there I learned that the elevator had been out since September 2025."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional. "The staff was really wonderful and the rooms were OK. You can tell that they’re really old and should be renovating but other than that it was a pretty good place. Nobody bothers you."

"The room seemed clean until we sat on the couch, which also turns into a bed. It smelled like urine. Yuk! Coming from Texas, this room was definitely not worth $200+/night."

"We were not informed when making the reservation that the property was being remodeled. There were no towel racks installed in the bathroom No toilet paper holder The hot water was so hot it would have scalded you. The men restroom in the lobby would not lock because the lock was put on backwards. The fruit for the breakfast provided was not fresh (black bananas) What was great about the staff was Raymond at the desk. He was excellent."
