Staff was very helpful getting is in another room but clearly there was some confusion how it happened and why the original room was occupied. Did not bring it up as we were there one night but the TV was not working and the outlet by the bed was not working. Lastly the soap/shampoo dispensers were empty and the bracket holding them in place was broken."

"I didn't like the way the property was run. we attended an event in Ruston and when we got back to our room nobody had cleaned the room and when we asked for towels after showering, we were told to leave the dirty towels in the hallway and someone would bring us some cleans. We waited for and hour and a half and still no towels. I had to ask a maintenance man to please get us some fresh towels. The breakfast in the morning, the coffee pot was broken with no replacement. The food was picked over...

"Staff was great. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The area was quiet, I used the washer and dryer, they worked well but the outside of the machines and surrounding area was very dirty. It was in a hall way in the outside elements. I would however stay there again."
