"This is a fabulous hotel . The welcome we received when checking in was wonderful . We received an unexpected upgrade to Riverview room which was amazing . We had views all along the beautiful waterfront . Which was stunning when nightfall came and all the area lit up with a myriad of coloured lights . Hotel staff are generally helpful and friendly. 1 receptionist who weren't so forthcoming with making recommendations, appears a bit clueless and lacking in initiative when I asked what is there to see within walking distance around the hotel. 1 restaurant staff also failed to inform me that an item on the menu was not available and did so only after I have waited nearly...

"Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Overall I would recommend people to stay here but it would be worth the upgrade of...
