"The hotel is good and service provided by hotrl staff members are good. However, due to the mistake of hotels.com the last name of the potential occupant was not provided by hotels.com to the hotel. That resulted in more than 2 hours delay when we tried to check in. What was even worse was that calls made to help centre had to deal with machine and not live staff members"

"The check in process was slow but the staff were very helpful. The rooom was very clean. The location of the hotel is a little far for walking to the tourist attractions but the bus stop is just 1 mins away."

"Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets."
