"Property is nice. Location is good. It's a solid 4 star but not a 5. We arrived after 5 pm and our room was not ready. Bathrobes were not in room. Housekeeping failed to empty trash can. Nightly turndown service was a plus. Breakfast was fine. "

"Budget hotel in great location. Standard room is very small but larger rooms are available. Breakfast is available. Staff try very hard but sometimes overwhelmed. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Represents excellent value for money but don't expect luxury. This is our second stay and would definitely stay again, in a superior room."

"They’re doing their best. It’s a kind of pay as you go hotel. They make you pay for each step because they are very decentralized. The restaurant for breakfast, the bar, the shuttle to the airport, etc. It’s not a bad place to stay, but don’t expect a lot. The stuff were pretty nice, but things move at a slow pace. Shout out to the laundry staff and house keeping. They were very professional and timely."

A cortesia do hotel é zero, com exceção do recepcionista do primeiro dia. Pedi para imprimir 2 folhas do visto e me negaram. Só que o pior estava por vir, algo inimaginável. Um senhor do hotel foi até o parque me cobrar, de forma rude e ríspida, por um serviço já pago. Nunca me senti tão humilhada e constrangida. Vou adotar todas as...
