"Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful. They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing. Wi-Fi was very good and water pressure in showers was very good."

"We stayed in 1 day in July 2026. Beautiful location & very clean. We stayed in deluxe family 2 bedroom apartment and everything is absolutely fantastic. Nothing to complain. Staff, area, cleanseness, room sizes amazing."

"Great experience at Nguni. Everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant team to the luggage team was first class and could not be nicer. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, especially the shower. The food was great and the pool area was beautiful. Great job Nguni!"
