They went over and above their duties and nothing was too much, The rooms were modern and clean bathroom was modern and clean, Special mention also to Azza. We were a group with 5 rooms booked and every single person was very impressed with the level of service we received. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel..We will definately be back again..."

"Fantastic Brand New Hotel, so amazing and wonderful, absolutely nothing wrong! The only note was the breakfast buffet needed some improvement, we understand that it was a soft opening and end of season, when we notified the staff, the chef showed up with freshly baked pie! All was wonderful!!"

"Prime location. the property with zero mantinance. wood broken, light not working, paint falling off the wall. the beach full of cigarit and plastic garbage bags in the sea and under the white nice sand. most staff on the beach on their phone and not one work. "

"This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been handled much more professionally—especially by a brand of this caliber. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful—especially thanks to Thorya and Adham, who were amazing."
