The only thing they need to sort out is getting the in room TV connected to the internet, as a foreign traveller the TV is pointless without having the internet as without it you only have the French terrestrial channels. "The staff at Sonder was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make certain our stay was exceptional. There was always a warm smile and greeting everytime we returned to the hotel. They offered advice on what to do and where to go along with always asking if there was anything additional they could do. We couldnt have asked for a kinder group of people including the manager that shared her dog Olga with everyone as well."
