Amazing hotel 10 mins walk from Nagoya station, great amenities and hot spring and super helpful Staff

This was an amazing hotel and the food was beyond words. I am an awkward eater and cannot eat fish and they were so quick to accommodate my dietary needs. I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough.

Wonderful hotel! It echoed the area of being nature driven, hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating, I couldn’t critique if I tried!

My daughter and I stayed here for just one night on a short trip from Tokyo. We came specifically for the Omizutori festival. Though we did swing by the Yamazaki distillery on the way back through Kyoto! We didn't have much choice of hotel but we picked the New Wakasa because of the spa. The hotel staff were very friendly and super efficient. They organised transport, guides and even hand warmers for the festival as it was heading below zero that night. As this is a Japanese style hotel the...

Good hotel and good staff

I really enjoyed my stay at Dormy Inn. I'm amazed it is only rated 3 stars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to good bars and restaurants, also the main railway and bus stations. The hotel itself is modern and the interior tastefully designed. Scrupulously clean. I didn't use the restaurant. There are vending machines and smoking rooms on 3 levels. Any type of drink can be purchased. Also an ice machine, microwave, trouser press. There is a free laundrette with a small...

Amazing location, lovely staff, lovely rooms. The traditional spa is a great experience and the breakfast is to die for (especially the Japanese options) Truly 10/10. Also, Not sure why the hotel is shown as rated at 3.5 stars as it feels like a 4 to 5 star hotel with all the amenities and quality.

They were very helpful

Everything was excellent. The bathroom was slightly dated but most functional and clean. Customer service can't be beaten I would strongly recommend.

It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Would easily recommend.

Stayed for one night while going to Toba aquarium. Room was amazing very large and with a beautiful view of the sea. Staff were great very helpful the entire time. Hot drinks were free from a relaxing bar on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a Japanese style. Various different. Vegetables, fish and some fruit with rice, udeon and miso soup. We were even provided a meal voucher for the night when we arrived. Can't speak for the baths as we didn't use them for the night but I'm sure they are lovely as...
