"The stay itself was acceptable, but the experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing. I was charged a mandatory local tax at the front desk and have been requesting a proper receipt for business purposes. I contacted the hotel multiple times, and on several phone calls I was told that the receipt would be sent. However, it never arrived. Eventually, my calls stopped going through altogether, and it appears my number may have been blocked. This is a very basic and reasonable...

"This hotel is very new and the rooftop bar was great! The only complaint is that we received a handicap room and the bathroom was a big issue. If we wanted to shower , the whole bathroom floor would flood, making it uncomfortable later on to use the sink or even the bathroom. You would have to go into a soaked floor. There was also no mention of being a platinum member or its perks. "
