"Only place I could find near IU during the week everyone was moving in. I paid $300 a night but that was least of my concerns. I wanted a place that was clean and safe. I'm happy to say my room smelled fresh and was clean. I immediately took all the sheets off and found no signs of bed bugs. I enjoyed the hot tub after a few long days of moving my son into his dorm. It worked out nicely! Yeah, its an older place but I would highly recommend it. 20-25mins from IU and there's plenty...

"Very comfortable home in a quiet area. Great for relaxing and for families. Our group had no issues with split-level, but stair-challenged folks might. This is mentioned in description and communication with host was excellent. Our schedule of multiple events did not allow us to use the well-supplied and large kitchen. Runners can use the quiet driveway along the golf course about 200yds away. A few minutes easy off/on the major N/S highways....which will lead you to SB in 10 min. Away from...
