"I had a very serious issue with this property. I booked and prepaid for Innova Motel Warrnambool through Expedia, and the reservation was shown as confirmed. However, when I arrived at the property, the front desk told me that there was no booking under my name and that they had no vacancy. As a result, I was unable to stay despite having already paid for the reservation. "We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓"
