"Not exceptional. The hotel was comfortable with, “no frills”. "Avoid this hotel. The hotel is not maintained and the basic functions, heating/cooling, lack of cleanliness, plumbing and response to immediate and continuous issues was poorly handled. We had to leave. We were moved from 2 rooms on the 3rd floor with overwhelming moisture and cooling failure and a disgusting mildew odor. "My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Casa Babi and we loved every second of it. Sabrina and staff are the best hosts. They picked us up at the airport, helped with delayed luggage, arranged trips and fixed transportation to our next destination. On top of that, their kitchen is amazing. Great breakfast, lunches and dinners. The view to the ocean and the continuous winds are spectacular. If it gets too hot you can jump in the pool. Top, top experience. "

"The air-conditioner wasnt working properly and when we complained the 2nd day the caretaker asked us to request for a refund and leave the hotel .We were ok with it but realised the hotel policy on the websites we used for booking had stated that they was no refund for our booking
