"Lovely clean spacious room. Hotel were able to assist with my requests. Brilliant location about 30 min walk from centre of town. Only thing missing was bottled water in the fridge! Would love to visit again in the summer as the decking and green location would be ideal! Thank you for a great night!"

"Toilet paper should be provided in rolls (not individual papers) hot tub was cold, sauna out of order. No robes in room. This is not a five star property."

"We stayed at this hotel for just one night while travelling through Schiphol Airport. First, I want to acknowledge the wonderful front desk staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, and certainly a highlight. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing, particularly considering the price we paid. Our room appeared quite tired and...

"The loft-style room was amazing! The room was modern and clean. A/c and floor heating both worked well. We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again when we come back."

"Excellent stay, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Location was superb! Easy access to the city and public transportation. The hotel offered good quality bikes for rent as well at a good price. Will return!"

"Ik boek nooit meer via Expedia, krijg de factuur van het hotel en het verschil is 28,62 !! Je voelt je belazerd. Groetjes E. Stessen"

"Het is een prima kamer, wel al wat gedateerd. Personeel was vriendelijke en behulpzaam en ontbijt was ook prima. Parkeren ook goed geregeld."

"Ao centrally located in Utrecht. Right across Central train station and walking distance to everything in the old village. Hotel is inside the huge mall of Hoog Catherijne so access to shopping, food, etc, was right there! Excellent!"

"Everything was great!"

"The property was perfectly fine and in a great location just outside of the train station and close to a taxi stand and public transportation hub. Check-in and out were quick and painless, and they held my luggage for me on the last day. The convenience store in the lobby was a nice touch, and though I didn't eat at the restaurant other colleagues at the event said it was pretty good. The room was enormous and the armchair and reading lamp were a great touch as was the big, full-sized wall...

"This place was just weird. The small lobby reeked of cheap cologne - I had to hold my breath every time I walked through. You could smell it outside the main entrance, in the elevator and in the hallways. Nasty smelling stuff. The room was strange. The bathroom shower with clear glass shower door was open to the bedroom, so there was no privacy. Everyone in the room gets to watch you undress and shower! Bizarre. We booked a room for 3 people, but when we arrived at the hotel, the room we...
