"We hadden een fijn verblijf bij Hampton by Hilton. De ligging is top: de auto parkeren in P5 Hoog Catherijne en je wandelt zo het hotel binnen. Het hotel is gelegen in het hart van Utrecht, in een overdekt winkelcentrum en vlak naast de Tivoli Vredenburg. Dat was dus ook de reden waarom we hier boekten. Het ontbijt is lekker en gevarieerd. De mogelijkheid om zelf je wafels te bakken bij het ontbijt is een plus. Het inchecken ging vlot, de dame aan de balie leek erg gehaast terwijl er weinig...

"Pros: spacious room, quiet location, bathtub Cons (compared to nearby hotel of same class): -no nespresso machine in room -thin walls (can hear neighbours talking) -delivery truck noise at 5am -room not cleaned after 2pm -disappointing spa (weak waterflow shower, paid bathrobe 5€, pool too cold) Issues with Expedia: -my last name was changed in the booking (spaces were inserted) which caused confusion for the checkin -my rate was refundable but the full amount was charged on arrival"
