"Located across from the Central Station, not the best neighborhood despite how nice the pictures look. The hotel is a 1980s marvel. The parking garage is well hidden with tortuous turns. My room medium size, the bed was very comfortable, a/c worked well, hot water available 2 of 3 mornings (shower before 9 a.m.), elevators were working and moderately fast. 部屋は広く、虫は出ませんでした。
冷蔵庫がないのが残念ですが、スタッフの方は皆さん優しく、氷をいつでもくれました。
なんといっても無料朝食が素晴らしいです。日本からしたらかなり円安で物価高いですからね。メニューも豊富でとても助かりました。
シャワーの水圧は弱めでした。

ホテルは新しく機能的で、チェックインやチェックアウト、手荷物の預かりも機械でできるようになってますが、ホテルの係員も常駐しているので、わからないことは丁寧に教えてくれます。部屋に冷蔵庫は無いですが、自由に使える食堂に大型冷蔵庫や食器、電子レンジがあるので、とても便利です。"

"Check in staff was rude and condescending and unbecoming of Crowne Plaza Hotel IHG Brand. Check-In Staff need training on customer service.
Parking and Breakfast are not included and not worth the price. Free parking is on a busy street. We were told there have been vehicle break ins. Do not leave any belongings in your vehicle.
The rooms are not clean. The walls had stains and scuff marks. One of our bedroom doors looked damaged.
The beds were not made properly, and the carpets have...
