"Pros: spacious room, quiet location, bathtub Cons (compared to nearby hotel of same class): -no nespresso machine in room -thin walls (can hear neighbours talking) -delivery truck noise at 5am -room not cleaned after 2pm -disappointing spa (weak waterflow shower, paid bathrobe 5€, pool too cold) Issues with Expedia: -my last name was changed in the booking (spaces were inserted) which caused confusion for the checkin -my rate was refundable but the full amount was charged on arrival"

"Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. An der Rezeption wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer haben mir optisch sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war relativ sauber. Das Bett empfand ich als bequem die Matratze ist aber ziemlich weich. Negativ ist leider, dass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war. Man konnte sowohl aus dem Flur als auch von der kleinen Seitenstraße jedes Gespräch vorbeilaufender Leute hören."

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Enjoy my stay here, location is superb for getting out and about in Utrecht and beyond. Easy reach of the canal area and food/ shopping. Situated next to station which is a massive pro. Only negative for me was the stink in the lift area. Stayed in level 9 and when getting the lift down the pungent smell made me want to gag! Stagnant water or sewage either way its not pleasant. However it did not ruin Utrecht, the people the place - its the real Netherlands."
