"I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. "Eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir waren. Der Empfang war herzlich und professionell. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick) war traumhaft, extrem gut ausgestattet. Ubsere Suite hatte Lounge-Zugang, auch dies war perfekt. Yoga, das angeboten wurde, haben wir genutzt, auch das überzeugte uns. Die Qualität der Speisen war auch äußerst gut und das Service in allen Bereichen sehr zuvorkommend. Der Strandbereich gefiel uns auch sehr gut, ebenso wie der Poolbereich. "

"Excellent rapport qualité prix. Certes la décoration des chambres est assez anciennes mais le reste rattrape tout. Très bon choix au buffet avec un petit déjeuner et un dîner qui en vaut la peine. Merci aux personnels pour leur sourire et leur réactivité dès que l’on avait besoin de quelque chose. Un grand merci à Mohammed, un serveur au petit soin et d’une très grande gentillesse. "

"Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. "

"A good value for money hotel, with very good friendly staff, very comfortable room, good rooftop pool and excellent breakfast. Hotel is central Muscat, with a short taxi ride needed to visit better restaurants and beach. Good quality of air con; Don't underestimate the heat! Oman is a lovely friendly country, and visitors are made very welcome."
