"We changed to this property not long before we were due to go on our trip due to terrible reviews from the hotel we’d already booked. So so so glad we did this! The hotel was beautiful (very steppy though so not great if your mobility isn’t good) although there is a lift inside but has many steps up to the building. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean and loved the decor. The beds and pillows were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on I think! Really really pleasant...
